For freshman college level then it's ok

I gave two stars for that reason(college level), if you've been doing business or giving presentations already, and need some help on improving your skill, don't waste your money or time on this, however, if you are a beginner or just started to manage people, perhaps this book might help, because it gives a lot of basic materials. Too much basic materials, that I got bored, not that I'm all that great, I was looking for something that the title states; CEO communication skills, boy, I was naive.

Heard it all before

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

If you're a CEO or even just a manager in business, you already know everything here. The title is misleading as is the description. Very disappointing.

What could Made for Success have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Being a CEO in this economic climate means you are having hard conversations, delivering unpopular news and presentations. This book doesn't address any of that.

How could the performance have been better?

voice is grating, impossible to listen to the narrator delivering OLD information like it was a fresh idea. Very annoying.
