incredible book to aid people with diet

Loved this audiobook, as someone who has been on my own weight loss journey this book gave me such a vast amount of knowledge on food and dieting to further assist me on my journey. It was so well researched and written/narrated.. I can't wait to take some of this information with me forward in the future. It also contained a PDF so that I can actually visually see the recipes in the cookbook section and not have to refer back to listening to the audiobook instructions constantly.. was a nice little 2 in 1 combo.
