Pick me ups you need
I love that these affirmations are specific to caregivers. Being a caregiver can take every last piece of energy from you and you have to find ways to replenish your soul. This type of book makes my heart feel full as it is easy to play this book when I am on my way to my loved ones' house so that I can get my mind in the right space before taking care of them for the day. This book is a great companion to the main book by the author which is also absolutely amazing.
