Not ususally a reader of bios about film stars but Lombard's story is riveting. Her vivacious and generous spirit are an inspiration. Glad I listened to the audio book because it felt more like the 'storybook' that was her short but remarkable life.

I found this biography of Carole Lombard so interesting! She's someone that I've heard about before, but didn't know any details about, and now I want to watch every movie she was ever in! The author did a great job of framing her life. The performance by the narrator was really relaxing and I was able to focus on the information being presented to me.

Could listen to this over and over again!
