A Great Find for Seniors and Anyone
As someone who's getting older, I've been looking for ways to stay active and improve my flexibility. This book was a great find! The narrator's voice was clear and easy to follow, and the book was full of helpful tips and exercises. I especially liked how the author explained each pose or movement in detail, so I felt confident trying them at home. If you're a senior looking for a way to stay active and healthy, I highly recommend this audiobook. It's a great resource for improving your overall well-being.

Chair Yoga & Wall Pilates for Seniors is awesome
This book is awesome to have two books in one. I can choose weather I want to do chair yoga or wall pilates depending on how my body is feeling on any particular day. I love this book it is easy to follow & do the exercises.
