Simple Stretches that really work
Even though I’m only 48 I feel like I’m going on 70 with the leg and back pain I’m dealing with. I wanted something easy and gentle to get started with before jumping into something more strenuous so I gave this audiobook a try. I followed along with the movements which were easy to follow but at the same time felt great. I’m excited to continue doing these exercises and see if the improvements continue. Highly recommend!
