Getting healthier from your own chair
I love the idea of everyone getting healthier, even those who spend a lot of time in a chair, such as seniors and others with medical issues. The author wrote Chair Yoga for Seniors Made Easy as a means to improve the health of even those who may be less mobile than others.
In the audiobook, there are chapters that include strength building, stretching and exercises designed to be done from a chair. As a bonus, there PDF shows how the exercises should be safely done. Yoga for Seniors
I know that all seniors need yoga from time to time. This is because if we don't exercise, our bones become weak, and if we fall, it's going to be very painful. It's essential to explore movement to strengthen our health and wellness. The audiobook also teaches that it will help reduce stress and make them live longer.
