Chair yoga for all!

I am not a senior, but I recently had surgery and needed a way to get back into shape without injuring my new hip. This book may say seniors on it, but I am not one yet, lol. I found the book to be easy to follow and the workouts easy on my hip. The book walks you through 21 days of exercises, but I have been through the book once already and am going again. I already have much better flexibility and strength, and I cannot wait until I am able to do normal daily activities again. Great book no matter what age you are.

A Gentle Way To Feel Stronger And More Flexible

Wonderful and well explained!

I picked this up from my parents because I’ve noticed over the past two years. They’ve slowed down and have become more sedentary. My mom has no interest in going in the gym and I thought this would be a perfect solution. I was right both my mom and my dad are doing this and loving it! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am. If you have parents or anyone who’s older that you’d like to see getting a little bit more movement stretch, stretching, and exercise. I highly recommend you buy this.
