Critic reviews
"I'd see him in a nightclub with an orchestra playing, and I'd say to myself, God, that's who I want to be when I grow up: Rubirosa." (George Hamilton)
"He was enchanting, mysterious, surprising, and very attractive. Without a doubt, the best dressed man in the world. The way Rubi dressed made me feel like I fell in a dumpster. I was very impressed to meet and know him." (Sammy Davis, Jr.)

Marty wall’s truth about Rubi

There is no doubt it, Marty and Isabella Wall's due diligence on the life and times of Rubirosa and the fascinating narrative they wove around it is truly worthy of a literary award. When combined with Forensic Historian Daniel J. Volker's in-depth research regarding Ian Fleming's real inspiration for the "Spy, Assassin, Devilishly handsome international man of mystery character known as "James Bond", it's easy to understand and see how Fleming "created" such an amazing character. The fictional character James Bond was real... he was Profirio Rubirosa!!! As they say "truth is stranger than fiction"...
On a side note, what's truly funny is that, for dozens of years since Fleming's character jumped off the literary pages, to grace the big screen, many have simply "assumed" the unforgettable charismatic Bond was based on a composite of various British Secret Service agents. They were quite mistaken, British he was not, daring, Dominican, sensual, and a notorious ladies man he was. From this new perspective it's fitting that Antonio Bandaras or Idris Elba take the reigns and introduce the Bond character to a new younger progressive diverse generation.
The "REAL" James Bond!!!!!
