About this listen

When I was nineteen, I was still a virgin. I’d kissed and rolled around some, but I’d never found anyone I felt connected to enough to go beyond a certain point. Or rather, at a certain point when a guy wanted to go father, it began to feel uncomfortable to me. I wanted more than just an experience, I wanted magic.

I was just finishing up my shift at the diner, exhausted from my long hours on my feet. As I was wiping down the counter, the bell on the door jingled, signaling a new customer.

I looked up and felt my breath catch in my throat. Standing in the entryway was the most beautifully magical looking young guy I had ever seen. He was tall and lean and had a sexy saunter as he walked over and sat at a table by the window. He looked my age or there about, with pale ivory skin, deep ruby hair, and eyes the color of emeralds. Yes, he had a kind a sparkle, like jewels, a shimmery bright spirit seemed to emanate from him, or so I imagined. In short, I was dazzled.

Mustering my courage, I approached the stranger's table. "Welcome to the Cherry Tree Diner. I'm Bart, and I'll be taking care of you today. Can I get you something to drink?"

The boy looked up at me with those green eyes and smiled, I swore my heart skipped a beat. "Aye, a cup of tea would be lovely, thank you." His voice was soft and melodic, with a charming lilt that made my knees go weak.
