I wish I could have enjoyed the book more. I wish they had included more stories and much more depth and fullness to each story. I normally absolutely LOVE “Chicken Soup for the Soul” books and I have quite a collection of them I’ve gathered over the years. So As a cancer patient myself right now, I thought this would be wonderful to listen to during my many treatments. Sadly it fell short in many ways. Not enough stories for one, and many of those included lacked any real life depth or emotion, or even completed as to feel they were full stories. Instead it felt like short outlines, just the highlights of the story and not much more. I hope they try again and do better as cancer effects so many lives every day.

Wouldn’t buy again. From a cancer survivor husband. Okay for kids, not for the real thing.
