I have found a new freedom already by just analyzing my emotions and applying the tips in this book for not letting these negative emotions drag me down.
Some who read or listen to this book will also have to admit to themselves that their defense mechanisms such as simply living in denial really haven't been working.
Since so many people have experienced childhood trauma, it really is a good idea to get this book. Sure, it's a spoonful of medicine, but the cure is better than living with the illness.
