About this listen
Are you happy in your own skin? Who determines who you are?
How do you think of yourself? Do you love yourself?
Knowing your true identity brings freedom!
You are not your size, your work, your skin color, or your failures!
You are not your actions, feelings, sins, habits, or marital status!
You are not your disease, pain, addictions, abuse, or lifestyle!
You are not your wealth, education, job, or charity work.
You are special, unique, and perfect just the way you are.
Having a positive self-identity is only one decision away!
The four major benefits of a positive self-image are:
- Improved health.
- Positive personal relationships.
- Satisfaction, peace, and contentment.
- Increased self-esteem.
But there are a number of other positive results including making better decisions, having a positive attitude about life, emotional stability, more control over your lifestyle, better health, and improved job performance. One of the greatest feelings in the world is to have confidence in who you are.

Very good! Better and straight forward than others
This book is very to the point and helpful. It’s like lessons we should have learned as a child and gives a sense of relief learning now. Yes the book is AI read so there’s a glitch at end of chapters where you would score self in actual book where it repeats “score under” so have to forward past it. No big deal to me. I’ll end up buying paper copy and their other books too.
