This clearly isn't actually written by Dr. Murphy. It makes a lot of modern references like texting, Facebook, Starbucks, and The Vampire Diaries. Dr. Murphy died in the early 80s. Whoever wrote it decided to refer to God as "Spirit," which Dr. Murphy never did. They also changed a lot of the success stories he told in his lectures to be more modern, which is kind of a shame.

Overall, they kept the core essence of his teaching intact, and anyone new to these concepts could greatly benefit from this before diving into the material that was ACTUALLY written by Dr. Murphy. Just wish they hadn't falsely advertised Dr. Murphy as the author instead of simply citing him, his books and lectures as inspiration.
