About this listen

Get ready to meet the messiest family from the south side of Chicago.

The mom of two grown twin daughters, Harlem is a cougar through and through, carrying on a torrid affair with a man nearly half her age while dating one of Chicago’s most notorious drug lords. Will she be able to keep her affair under wraps? Or will her tyrant husband find out and end her life, as well as the life of her secret lover?

Despite being twins, 21-year old Forever and Infinity are as different as night and day. Although she’s the good twin - the sensible one with a level head - Forever ends up falling for Foul, a bad boy who supplies narcotics to Harlem’s husband with the help of his brother, Filthy. With his desperate ex still hounding him and the risky business he’s tangled up in, drama is sure to follow Foul wherever he goes and suck the unsuspecting Forever in, too.

Meanwhile, Infinity has found a bad boy of her own: one with ties to her parents, just like her sister’s new man. With Duke Whitmore, the twins’ father and Harlem’s husband, determined to rule Chicago with an iron fist while struggling to keep the skeletons in his closets from seeing the light of day, the family’s secrets and lies will surely bring about more drama than the city has ever seen.

Good story but!

Overall this was a hell of a story but a caught how the writer used parts from her other books and put it in this one for example one of the sex scene where forever was talking about foul sucking her was the same from her other books Diana and Soul and also the exact same way they got married basically word for word that anime at the end of this story but still it was an amazing story full of surprises

This story was insanely interesting

This made me wanna cut off all my friends and family. Can’t trust anybody these days. Definitely a crazy ride, but a good listen I guess.

Having it virtually read took away from the essence of the storylines. There was a lot of repeated chapters, not sure if it was an error or not. I have an hour left and thus far I don’t see any story line having a possibility of a happy ending… which is okay I guess. Happy endings are stories that haven’t ended yet anyways.

Update: There are some happy endings there :-)
