Carnivoires and herbivores will both glean insights here. Simply this book is a positive statement that living lightly and with a conscious connection to all creatures is important. Ultimately illuminating this delicate symbiosis we call life.

"'Acts 10:11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12 It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles of the earth and birds of the air. 13 Then a voice told him, "Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.'"
Not to advocate for or against this audiobook, but whenever one studies Bible passages he or she must always read the COMPLETE CONTEXT. This passage is a parable about banishing prejudice from a Christian's heart--in this context, a Jewish Christian--and reach out to people different, sometimes very different, from themselves (e.g. Gentiles, or...gasp!...reformed Pharisees). It is absolutely not in any way, shape or form a discussion of clean or unclean meats, much less a green light to introduce vile and filthy things into the body, a temple of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 10:11-13 is NOT about eating meat

Acts 10:11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12 It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles of the earth and birds of the air. 13 Then a voice told him, "Get up, Peter. Kill and eat."
This book is just more PETA propoganda.
If you want to be a vegetarian, then fine. But This book tries to make it look like Christianity or Judaism support it as the 'correct' way, when both religions clearly support eating of meat.
