The true focus of this book is the wellbeing of one's self and children post split. As someone facing some of these challenges myself, it really helps me take a second look at my actual priorities and to not get caught in the extra and unnecessary stuff. The inclusion of verifiable facts about mental health, various legal strategies, personal advice from the author's experience, and knowing that others have made it through all make this book a good one for me. There's hope! Glad I listened to it.
