Nothing special

There's nothing you I've learned I'm this book. Everything that's written here is general public information. No new tools or mindsets.

Generic, does not teach you strategies of CBT

Seriously the most pointless book. He spends entire chapters describing what anxiety is and what symptoms are accompanied with it. He then spends a ridiculous amount of time giving generic advice like “if you want to laugh, laugh! If you want to cry, cry!” (Wtf?) He also weaves in long-winded generic advice like “working out is good for your mood.” It’s basically stuff you would already know without reading this book. It does not really teach you how to change your thought patterns, it just generic lyrics describes different mental illnesses in a tone deaf way and then offers generic healthy lifestyle suggestions a 5 year old would already know. Unless you want to hear someone describe anxiety to you for 3 chapters as if you have zero clue what the most basic symptoms are, this book is not useful!
