Finally, a Practical Guide That Helps!
I got this book hoping to help my teen navigate stress and anxiety, and it did not disappoint. The exercises are easy to follow, and we could see a real difference after just a few weeks. Very helpful information for teens and parents
I have heard a lot about CBT lately, but didn't really know completely what it is. This comprehensive book goes into great detail what it is, and how it can be used for teens. I have teenagers, and I think they will benefit this information, especially anxiety reduction.
