What teens should do in college!

This book hits on all the things that affect college students and gives good tips on how to manage them. For instance, the discussion on maintaining mental health gave great strategies for finding help on campus, practicing meditation. and even offering information sessions for other students. The importance of getting enough sleep was stressed. Sleep was linked to mental health and it was encouraged that teens take this seriously. I liked that the author stressed that consent was key when contemplating engaging in intimacy with other people. Also, teens were made aware that date rate was real and they needed to protect themselves. The information contained in this book is necessary for teens to have before they go off to college.

College Education

I miss being in college because of all the friends I met in the past. Attending college events and participating in those activities is vital to your education, and socializing with friends may be part of your school project. I like learning how to manage My Finances and Avoid Debt. This is important because if I do not watch what I spend, I won't have enough money to buy essential things or for emergency purposes. We should have the time to read a book instead of saying to ourselves that we have a lot of homework because we all have the time for something, and I like the tips from this audiobook.
