Confidence and lasting relationship
I cannot recall if I ever struggled with an intense fear of abandonment. I am a person who never gives up hope on all my goals. When I hear the word anxious, that is a severe illness that can be hard to overcome for some people. This audiobook brings healing and growth. How do we react when a partner goes away? It is a matter of understanding the other person's perspective. I enjoy learning from the book but must also read different books to fill my mind with knowledge and healing. I like the story and performance.

I think everyone should listen to this
I found this audiobook to be so helpful. I've always dealt with issues in my relationships, and I never really knew what was going on until I listened to this audiobook. The author comes across as being very compassionate and I really liked how she explained what Anxious Attachment is and where it comes from. I really enjoyed the examples she provides, because it helped me see parts of myself and my personality that I wasn't conscious of before. The exercises are also really helpful. The whole time I was listening to this, I was thinking, "oh yea, that's me." I really identified with this one, and I feel like this is really going to help me in my relationships going forward.
