Eye-opening

Anxious management w/ workbook

This was a big help. I’m researching these feelings and its effect on the mind and body connection. The author made a great book with lots of insights. I think everyone should listen to this

I found this audiobook to be so helpful. I've always dealt with issues in my relationships, and I never really knew what was going on until I listened to this audiobook. The author comes across as being very compassionate and I really liked how she explained what Anxious Attachment is and where it comes from. I really enjoyed the examples she provides, because it helped me see parts of myself and my personality that I wasn't conscious of before. The exercises are also really helpful. The whole time I was listening to this, I was thinking, "oh yea, that's me." I really identified with this one, and I feel like this is really going to help me in my relationships going forward.
