We live in a world of seeds. From our morning toast to the cotton in our clothes, they are quite literally the stuff and staff of life, supporting diets, economies, and civilizations around the globe. Just as the search for nutmeg and the humble peppercorn drove the Age of Discovery, so did coffee beans help fuel the Enlightenment and cottonseed help spark the Industrial Revolution. And from the fall of Rome to the Arab Spring, the fate of nations continues to hinge on the seeds of a Middle Eastern grass known as wheat.

INSIGHTFUL FOR ALL PET PARENTS!
I was 12 when my family adopted my best pal, "Rex," and he was only a month old. I struggled a lot to make him my friend, and when I was listening to this book, I continuously thought about it. I must say that this amazing guide is perfect for everyone to train their pets. It is a friendly guide for new pet parents as well. It covers everything from choosing the breed and teaching basic commands to building a strong bond with your furry friend. I appreciate the author for such an amazing work. Highly recommended!

Loved it!
A great book for anyone in the training stage! It goes beyond basic training techniques, and into the emotional and psychological aspects of the human-dog relationship. My favorite part was the touvh on challenges such as separation anxiety and behavioral issues with compassion, where the author offers practical solutions that consider the well-being of both the dog and the owner.
Over all a great guide and I recommend to anyone committed to raising perfect dogs through love, understanding, and effective training.

Terrific Resource
Because I have successfully trained three wonderful, happy, and well-adjusted dogs, people often ask me to recommend books about dog training. I am happy to recommend this book. What particularly sets it apart from other books are the first two chapters. Rather than jump right into training methods, it spends close to half the book on critical information: how to select a dog and what you need to do before you bring the dog home. These early chapters discuss topics such as commitment, differences among dog breeds and sizes, choosing, grooming tools, and more. The rest of the book presents solid, well-accepted training advice, including important information on how dogs communicate and what to expect during the first 24 hours.

If you’re looking to be a great dog parent, start
This audiobook is jam-packed with fantastic advice and almost a “best practices” on how to train your new pup and how to be the best dog-parent possible. I found the 7 steps to be successful in your first day with your new puppy to be super helpful as well as crate training (in a kind, compassionate way) and leash training. The narration was top-notch and made the book even more engaging. Definitely recommend!

Great!
That book had a lot more In It than I expected. It talked about pet adoption, breeds, welcoming a new family member, kinds of food, training tips, the various accessories you can purchase and uses, and so much more! Impressive.

A dog training guide that makes sense!
I watch my buddy’s dog quite often since he travels for work and I’ve always dreaded the nightly walks because his dog was so extra about it. The audiobook format was a huge plus for me because I could listen while walking him. The step-by-step approach made everything easy to follow, and I saw real improvement in his dog’s leash manners within days. What I appreciated most was how it covered not just training, but also understanding his dog’s behavior. It helped me correct bad habits fairly quickly since his dog lacked formal training and that was a huge bonus. If you have ever felt frustrated or stuck with training, this is the guide you need. Highly recommend for both new and experienced dog owners as well as dog watchers like me!
