About this listen

This compelling audio will help you to discover how to neutralize and dissolve "Karma", the lingering ill effects from earlier mechanical ways of relating and behaving. This highly effective workshop outlines the keys to maximizing productivity and satisfaction. As you, too, complete your own personal Karma, you will naturally have a less stressful attitude toward previously distressing situations, and a strengthened ability to be present in the moment, regardless of the circumstances.

As they answer questions and interact with people with surprising ease, gentleness and candor, Ariel and Shya guide you on the path to your own self-discovery.

If you are looking to dramatically expand your experience of well-being and wish to live an exciting, fun and extraordinary life, this series of audio tapes is for you!

What disappointed you about Completing Your Karma?

I felt they commercialized the discipline of cultivating mindfulness over a lifetime into a pitch team trying to focus on a quick realization of how we think and why. Feel this audio book was meant to deliver to western business culture as a teaser of how they can come in and teach your workers a twisted version of work more fore greater good.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Already have listened to Wherever you go, There you are, Jon Kabott Zinn.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Sales pitch attitude and talking down

Any additional comments?

Made mr want to run from this to the ancient teachings.

Using Zen Mindfulness to sell seminars

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I was expecting it to be about Karma. It was disappointing that to me, the title didn't seem to fit the recording.

Should have been entitled: Living in the Moment
