Great Audible
This is a very comprehensive intro to navigating life through a divorce when they are making everything absolutely difficult. It's amazing how universal these definitions are on their behavior and habits. I didn't know this was so prevalent until I started doing research. This is a great book to listen to if you are in the same situation. For me, its all about regaining my peace of mind and freedom and this book helped me with that.

Navigating the Emotional Rollercoaster
Co-parenting with someone who is a narcissist can be quite mentally and physically draining. I gained the skills I needed from this book to be sane while navigating the emotional rollercoaster. Setting limits and taking care of oneself were essential points made by the author. Great Job!

Communicating with Confidence
I was able to have more productive conversations with my narcissistic ex because to this book. I gained knowledge on how to defuse tension, establish boundaries, and stay out of their power. It felt like I was regaining my strength and finding my voice at last.

For such a difficult topic, I thought the author did an amazing job writing and narrating this book. I found it very impactful. I am pleased to see that it really seemed to cover all the major areas - finances, children, boundaries, divorce tactics. The book was organized well and the explanations were thorough and well-researched. I am glad I listened to this one.

Protecting My Children (A Guide for Survival)
I was able to put my kids' welfare first big, thanks to this book. It included useful information about how narcissistic behavior affects kids and suggested doable ways to lessen its negative impacts. I believe that I'm now better and able to shield my kids from the emotional and psychological turmoil brought on by their other parent. :))

Roadmap for Co-Parenting with your Ex
I bought this book to navigate a tough circumstance with my ex. Its been difficult and stressful and I felt I needed a bit of help. This book is a good addition to my library. Not everything in the book fit 100% of my circumstances but it sure gave me a good foundation of ways to deal with her difficult behavior. At the end of the day, its about protecting the kids and I feel like I can do a better job of that now. By the way, I loved the voice of the narrator and I found this book easy to listen to.

Great Book on Narcissists
Wow! Great book. Thorough and practical. It's tough to work with someone who is this negative, but the book really gives you ideas on how to survive and thrive. Lots of real world examples like how to recognize the behaviors, how to manage money, and different ways to put in boundaries, what to ignore and what to take action on. Two thumbs up for this audible.

I'm Now Prepared for the Unexpected!!
This book offered a wealth of knowledge on co-parenting-related legal and financial issues (with a Narcissist). I gained knowledge about the legal system, how to safeguard my money, and my rights. I feel more at ease and am more equipped to make wise judgments now that I know this.
