un enfoque muy compasivo
Este libro me ha salvado la vida. He luchado contra el TLP durante años, sintiendo que mis emociones me controlaban constantemente. Este libro finalmente me ha ayudado a darle sentido al caos. Entiende y Apoya a Alguien con TLP
Creo que este es un gran audiolibro para escuchar si tienes curiosidad por saber más sobre el Trastorno Límite de la Personalidad (TLP) o si conoces a alguien a quien le hayan diagnosticado esta condición.
Hoy en día, muchas personas están pasando por momentos muy difíciles con su salud mental, y es importante tener las herramientas para entender por lo que están pasando y mostrar compasión por su situación.
Por eso me gustó mucho este libro. Cubre todo, desde los criterios diagnósticos hasta las diferentes formas en las que el TLP puede manifestarse en la vida de las personas. Incluso hay una sección sobre la versión “silenciosa” del TLP, algo de lo que nunca había escuchado hablar antes.
El libro ofrece un montón de consejos prácticos para alguien que esté lidiando con el TLP, como el uso de habilidades de la Terapia Dialéctica Conductual (DBT) para manejar las emociones y construir relaciones más saludables.
