This would have been something great back in my teen years when I was struggling to find confidence and figure out where I stood in the world. Fast forward a few decades and I see what Teens today have to deal with and overcome. This book is a must-have for any teen who may be finding it difficult to fit in or has struggled with self-esteem and self worth. This could possibly save lives. Dr. Emma Sky At Her Best!
Teenagers need our help and this audiobook goes and does that! Oh, how I wish this had been around when I was a teenager, it would have saved me a lot of pain emotionally, mentally, psychologically, and more. It teaches how to handle bullies, how to talk to the opposite sex, how to communicate, how to handle stress, how your brain works, and how to handle money. I cannot put a price on how valuable the information in this book is!
