Great book!

Juggling a million things at once, only to forget half of them? Feeling like your brain has a million tabs open and none of them are loading? Girl, I've been there!

This book isn't some stuffy textbook. It gets how women with ADHD struggle, explains the whole thing in plain English, and throws out all those myths that made me feel like I was going crazy. If you're a woman with ADHD and feeling lost, this book is like a magic trick for your brain. Trust me, it worked for me, it can work for you too!

must read!

This audiobook is a breath of fresh air! It tackles the issue of gender bias in Adhd diagnosis head on. I appreciated the clear distinction between adhd presentations in men and women. The book offered valuable insights into female specific assessments, which I found lacking form previous resources. If you're a woman struggling with adhd, this is a must read!

Well done Sibley!

This book is phenomenal. It's on to listen to a book that is so on point with its instruction for my life. The pieces you talk about overthinking are something I've struggled with for years and it seemed like you were speaking right to me.

I felt like I've always been organized. Until you approach that subject as well. I can't wait to see more books by you.
