The ultimate binge eating solution!

I am huge binge-eater and I am terrible when it comes to fried foods and sweets. I do feel guilty everytime I am eating with others that have a plate full of fruit and veg. This book has helped me plan out healthy foods to eat, while also showing me the triggers to why I binge eat and scoff my face with chocolate. I have shared it with my work colleagues and we are all going to work on living a healthier life - together.

Overcome emotional eating

A much-needed resource for anyone trying to overcome the issue of emotional eating. It delves into making healthier choices, avoiding triggers, not spiraling from guilt after bingeing etc. It really emphasizes understanding the emotional attachment to food, so that you can adjust your behaviors, rather than it being a book about dieting. This audiobook also is a very personal account from someone who has been there, and that will resonate with many.
