Tanto que aprender
Creo que cualquier momento que dediques a trabajar en ti mismo es bueno. En especial, incluye el tiempo que dedicas a pensar en tu forma de pensar. Direct and to the point! The strategies presented in this book are great. Often times you read self help books of this nature and they are full of fluff. Not this one! The techniques are actionable, which I really appreciated.
The book also highlights the importance of self-discipline when it comes to emotional control. It is a good reminder that sometimes you really do need to refocus and accept that you do have the ability to control your mind. Nothing will change overnight, but with the right commitment, you can change how you feel.
If you want a fresh perspective on an age old problem, give this book a try.

Fortaleza emocional sin rodeos
