I’ve seen a bunch of different books on helping credit scores. This one was priced right for me so decided to get it. Will put it into practice. Everything seems easy enough.

Hoping this works.

This book gives you basic information. if you are new to credit, this gives you some good basic information; however, if you are not it serves as a review of everything that you already know but dies not give clear direction or solution on how to solve. For instance, it tells you to get a loan to consolidate your bills. sounds good,, but if you have bad credit, how are you supposed to get a loan? many times what happens is you have these credit companies that promise you alone, and do hard inquiries, that ultimately affect your credit score negatively and they will not approve you. This book does not address how to navigate these types of situations. in fact, it gives false hope for someone with bad credit to consolidate their loans or their credit cards or bills. The information given regarding student loans was more so for students who are in school, not alumni who are dealing with credit issues with respect to paying back or the inability. the book does not address how to remove items from your credit report. Using student loans again...if you refinance your student loan and it says refinance/ closed, it is listed as a potentially negative item on your credit and affect your credit rating. And in many cases these are on your credit report for over 2 years. the book does not share how to remove this information and how it should appear accurately on your credit report so it does not affect your debt to income ratio.

not what I thought

This information is widely known by most people. Nothing in this monologue provides enlightenment that would catapult my credit into a more positive rating quickly

Nothing impressive
