About this listen

Jim Marrs, author of the international best-selling book JFK book of all time, Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy takes you deep into the conspiracy of John F. Kennedy's untimely death with factual information that rules out the lone assassination theory. Marrs' work was the basis for the hugely successful Oliver Stone film JFK.

Fifty years after the event that rocked the nation and shook the world, Marrs reveals the facts behind the most audacious cover-up of our time, how it was planned, who executed the conspiracy, who benefited from it, and ultimately why this extremely well-orchestrated assassination could be so cleverly concealed. This extensively researched audiobook includes evidence proving the Warren Commission's report was a cover-up and a smoke screen for the true conspiracy. Learn why Lee Harvey Oswald could not have been a lone gunman, and that multiple shots were fired that fateful day. The evidence does not lie and all the evidence is here. Jim Marrs takes you through the most important historical event of the 20th century - the assassination of a United States President.

$17.95 and finished in 45 min.

Would you try another book from Jim Marrs and/or Jim Marrs and Michael J. Long ?

I don't think I would try anything in the near future. Based on his writing style which seems to be an accumulation of Wikipedia many personal interviews and regurgitated information

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

The worst part, there is no ending, he leaves the story as most have left the story throughout most of the 50+ years since the assasination. . I will admit there are quite a few never heard before insignificant details that allow us all to ponder again for a very short period of time over a provocative point.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Jim Marrs and Michael J. Long ?

The actual narration was fine. Their voices came across as true.

Do you think Crossfire needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Not in less they single-handedly solve the crime.

Any additional comments?

My opinion is my opinion is, it's unethical to charge a follower almost $18 for 45 minutes of reading that ultimately yields no significant statistics or conclusion.

This Is Not a Reading of the Book “Crossfire”

Its just Jim Marrs, the author of Crossfire talking about his research. Its still worth a listen, but don’t think this takes the place of the book. It does not. Go read the full book. Definitely worth your time. I probably should’ve given it fewer than five stars bec of the deception, but Jim has always provided 5-star info his entire life, RIP.

thought it was the book

I was expecting this to be a reading of the book. Instead, it was a highlight of certain points. Kind of disappointing

good stuff

But.....too short! I know Marrs had more information than what was presented in "Crossfire" perhaps there's been a mistake and not enough was recorded before his passing.

Not worth my one credit

I do not recommend anybody buying this audiobook. It is only three chapters long and doesn’t cover very much detail about the assassination.

Not Jim Marrs book.

I thought I was getting the book but this is only the audio of a picture presentation--with no pictures, of course.

needs the photos!

This audiobook is a discussion by the author mostly showing details in photos that, of course, do not appear in an audiobook.
I agree with most of his ideas, but it needs a companion pdf and should have been professionally narrated.

Not a true audible book

It would seem that the author is leafing through his book full of photographs and making a running commentary on them. There is no offer of a downloadable PDF file, so you can’t see them hence the descriptions are worthless. THIS IS A RIPOFF. Audible should be ashamed to have it in their catalog. I’m returning it.

don't waste a credit

it wasn't the book. it's a waste of a credit. I love Jim and he is reading a cliff notes of his book. you can hear this exact speech in any of his interviews
