The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

It’s incumbent upon you to choose the best words to accomplish your goals, because how you choose to communicate influences—well, everything! The power of communication shapes our professional goals, our relationships, and our lives—so the words we choose to use carry a great deal of power.

Interesting Energy Applications
Would you consider the audio edition of Cure Your Cravings to be better than the print version?
Yes, with the exception that he gave finger exercises, stating that diagrams were enclosed in the audio cd. As this is a download, I didn't get them. I thought surely they would be on the internet, but couldn't find them.
What did you like best about this story?
It was amazing to hear the history of the author and all the research, development and scope of the energy work, He explained how to create an encyclopedia of energy feelings by keeping your eyes open as you experience the feeling of the energy through differences in color, materials, shapes, and even illness in the body. Although his many warnings to see a doctor in the event of real illness, was a little annoying, though understandable.
What does Bill Morelock bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Tone and inflections were good. Also, just being able to relax or drive and become informed without the work of reading. I think the information is more interesting and more easily retained, almost like attending a class or lecture. It felt personally encouraging, as a human voice assures you this can be achieved.
What did you learn from Cure Your Cravings that you would use in your daily life?
He included practical experiments and uses for the energy work, He gave wise advice and tips for obsessions like overeating, smoking and excesses of any kind in your lifestyle. Patience and perseverance are continually encouraged.
Any additional comments?
I listened twice in the car and will listen a third time, to review, take notes and try to incorporate the energy exercises. His advice was wise and practical, and I think about it daily as I make life choices.

This book works
I don’t really ever read self help books, but this book changed my life. I was curious to see if it would be helpful with my goal of quitting smoking, and really skeptical at first, especially chapter 7.
I have tried to quit smoking many many times and always failed within one week. Since reading this book, I have gained self control and have not allowed myself to give in to my cravings, and now have almost NO CRAVINGS what so ever.
This book breaks down indulgence and equates it accurately to what it really is. It’s not magic. If you have the will, this book will help you stick to it and hold yourself accountable.
Good narration. Good book. If it doesn’t work for you, I have to believe you aren’t really listening to it’s message.

Great and refreshing piece to the puzzle
This book will help you to acknowledge and strengthen your own will power which is the tool kit for a happy healthy life and also to learn to discriminate between the helpful or destructive thoughts in your own mind and the collective mind of the culture and world. It is a refreshing perspective to be at least included on some level to solving the puzzling human predicament we find our self in, as addictions increase personally and universally with the idea that we need more and more and more and with the angel or monster of digital stimulation bombarding us with clever and increasing ways to become very near to being owned by its premeditated agenda that you are not enough...you must buy something to complete yourself whether it be being sexier, thinner, a new ever changing diet, cooler, happier, smarter, richer or downright consumed in clicking on your phone hour after hour after hour.... The very moment is being stolen from you and every other person who sits next to you and lives with you. This book simplifies how to take back your will power as its being stolen with every mislead thought and actions which in turn leads to unhappy feelings.
We shall overcome but not without a keen effort to use discrimination and a deep desire to go against the current or as Yefim puts it so well public opinion and the pitfalls of affluence. The desire must be there. I would say that practicing meditation has been the most beneficial practice for me because beneath our physical and emotional and mental body lies the body of the soul and its the body that gets most neglected and as all other body's need nourishment it also need to be fed daily if you would like to prosper from its many bountiful plentiful gifts some of which are including spiritual satisfaction, love, peace, bliss, acceptance, connection, compassion, empathy, intuition, guidance, strength, courage. How can we be complete without the higher natures also offered to humans through soul contact. So healing addiction is also a spiritual matter.
Are we not seeking all of these higher qualities through the very thing we are addicted to? Meditation is my best friend along with a well armored mind of discrimination.

I really enjoyed this book and I could stop listening to it. I know I will go back and perform the exercises and retouch. He inspires us to look within ourselves and know we too have the power. I visited him in MA and he has a wonderful gift and I'm so glad he shared how we too can tap into our abilities.

Common sense isn’t all that common
Being a clinical hypnotist, I’m always looking for new insights and techniques to help my clients and myself. The author Yefim Shubentsov has been on my radar as someone to learn from for decades now. I know of him by another name, which I’ll let him tell you when you read the book. Apparently he’s now retired. I hope he’s still with us and enjoying his retirement. People have come to me thru the years to become non-smokers, referring to him. I knew I had to explore his techniques and practices. I’m so glad that, with Barbara Gordon’s help, he put his thoughts into this book, making it available to anyone. Thank you Yefim. I intend to develop the bio-energy he teaches, and share his insights with clients as I change my own habits, becoming a more fulfilled individual.
