Do not listen to the story altogether after each chapter. Take a bit otherwise, it's gonna sound extremely repetitive. I got angry about all the repetitiveness.
But if you take a break and listen in the stories individually, they're good. the virtual voice. tinny did not like it at all.

AI fail on a possibly ok series
Don’t waste your time. The AI narrator butchered this fantasy series that already struggled with an unrealistic, underdeveloped plot and minimal character development. I honestly don’t know why or how I finished it. It took weeks because I could only handle the voice in small doses. Spoiler alert. The women and their online arranged marriages with “shifters” could have been entertaining without the throuples. The virtual voice sex scenes lacked steam and fell flat.

Horrible narration
I’d like to say the story was great but I could not get past chapter three. The narration is stilted - lacking the natural nuances that a real person has when speaking. This narration does not distinguish between positive and negative emotions in tone or volume. What a waste of a credit.

Do not listen to this book. It is a waste of time. Worst book ever!
This book was awful.The story line was too simple and stupid. There are no true stories because shape shifter are mythical (not real). The narrative reads like grade school level. I hope noone uses this book as any kind of model to follow. It pretty much tells you to meet a guy or guys that are shifters and take them to a bed and have sex with them the same day and we are mates. No this type of sex is called a hookup.

The story itself felt immature and didn’t flow well but the virtual voice was awful, lol, especially when it came to the spicy parts

Good Bones But....
These books have a good story and could have been great. I think that, more time was spent on the sex scenes (which was great) but then the story just ended. Once the heated scenes happen then the character just got married then on to the next book it never really went past the sex. The connecting theme was good but not the real focus of the book.
