Praktischer Ratgeber für emotionale Stabilität
Dieses Hörbuch ist eine echte Bereicherung für alle, die nach einer fundierten und praxisnahen Anleitung suchen, um ihre Gefühle in den Griff zu bekommen und bessere Beziehungen aufzubauen.
Was mich an diesem Hörbuch wirklich beeindruckt hat, ist die Art und Weise, wie es die oft komplexe Dialektische Verhaltenstherapie (DBT) auf leicht verständliche Weise erklärt. Egal, ob man schon einmal eine Therapie ausprobiert hat oder ganz neu im Bereich der DBT ist – Callie Parker schafft es, den Hörer mit verständlichen Anleitungen und praktischen Beispielen an die Hand zu nehmen.
Die Techniken zur Emotionsregulation haben mir persönlich geholfen, meine impulsiven Reaktionen besser zu kontrollieren und nicht mehr ständig von meinen Gefühlen überrannt zu werden. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Achtsamkeitsarbeit, die mich dabei unterstützt, präsenter im Moment zu sein und nicht in alte negative Denkmuster zurückzufallen. Die Übungen sind einfach anzuwenden und lassen sich problemlos in den Alltag integrieren.

Tolles Buch
Dieses Buch ist ein großartiges kleines Buch! Es ist umfassend, aber dennoch leicht zugänglich, und voller umsetzbarer Strategien, die man sofort anwenden kann. Mir gefällt, wie es auf häufige Bedenken und Ängste im Zusammenhang mit DBT eingeht, wodurch es weniger einschüchternd und eher ermutigend wirkt. Es ist keine Lösung, die über Nacht wirkt, aber es ist eine Reise, die sich lohnt!

Großartige Einführung in die DBT
Zuerst war ich skeptisch gegenüber DBT, aber dieses Buch hat meine Meinung komplett geändert. Es geht nicht nur um die Bewältigung von Symptomen, sondern um die Gestaltung eines authentischen und erfüllten Lebens. Vor allem der Fokus auf Selbstmitgefühl und Akzeptanz hat mich verändert. Ich habe das Buch fast zu Ende gelesen und habe es wirklich genossen. Ich werde das Arbeitsbuch bestellen, um es als nächstes zu lesen.

Ich schätze die Betonung der Autorin auf Selbstfürsorge und Achtsamkeit. Es geht nicht nur um die Bewältigung von Krisen, sondern auch um die Schaffung eines nachhaltigen Lebensstils, der das emotionale Wohlbefinden fördert. Die praktischen Tipps und Übungen haben mir geholfen, eine Routine zu entwickeln, die sich wirklich lohnend anfühlt. Es war nützlich, all die Akronyme zu lernen, um sich die Fähigkeiten einzuprägen, und sie sind alle und sie sind alle gut im Buch dargestellt. Ich fand es wirklich hilfreich!
