About this listen
The Sound That Makes the World Go 'Round
Like most parents, our Heavenly Father delights in hearing us say "I love you" and expressing that same sentiment to us.
With the Bible as its model, Daddy's Favorite Sound celebrates the bond between parent and child and the profound love that lies at the center of that relationship.
Using kid-friendly animal characters, families will follow a day in the life of Little Lion and Daddy Lion, as Little Lion anxiously tries to find her father's favorite sound.
As you listen to this beautiful book with your little one, may you hear those three special words and say them back to your child, just as God does with us.

The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.
