This is by far the clearest, most comprehensive guide for growing dahlias that I have found. It is illuminated through and through by the author's deep knowledge of every aspect of her subject, and I know I will return to it again and again. Especially helpful are the links to the author's U Tube videos demonstrating specific aspects of dahlia growing.

I was curious about how this "how-to" book plays on audible, and I'm very pleased. This audible version is as good as the paperback version but in a different way. It can be a companion while driving, gardening or doing other things- but it gives the same deep dive into growing dahlias- just without the beautiful pictures in the paper version. I wouldn't want to be without my actual book- but this audio version is really great. Listening, I hear things tips, hints and highlights land differently - giving a new dimension to an already excellent book.
The book provides all necessary information for a new or aspiring dahlia grower, but still is a great reference with plenty of information for the dahlia lover who's been growing for years. Highly recommend!

This is a great book for the beginner, casual gardener, and even budding professional. Kristine draws you into the world of dahlias, explaining all aspects and introducing you to issues and concepts that you probably have never even thought about. One of the great things about this book is that Kristine pulls in the experience of growers from all over, so regardless of where you live or what your climate is like you will have options and ideas of how to go about growing your dahlias.

As a person who mostly only reads audiobooks, this book was an absolute delight which may seem unusual for a book that's about growing flowers. Marnie Sher's warm and friendly voice perfectly matches the accessible and easy tone of the book. She conveys the complicated concepts as clearly and easy to follow as the simple parts. It's a great listen for walking the dogs, riding in the car, and even working in the garden.

I have been through the audio book twice and about to listen for the 3rd time. Everytime you listen you'll pick up new tide bits of information that is really beneficial. I'd suggest listing to it at least once a month until everything sounds familiar and you find yourself implementing Kristines book into your daily routine. thank you to all that contributed. I've been hooked from start to finish.
