Critic reviews

"Pimsleur programs provide plenty of positive reinforcement that will keep learners on track, and we found that Pimsleur gave us more proficiency and confidence in speaking the new language than any of the other language programs we reviewed." ( AudioFile magazine)

So you want to learn Dari??

Where does Dari Persian Phase 1, Unit 01 rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I'm a 77 year old with an adopted Afghan refugee family. They have to learn English, so I thought I would learn a little of their language. I have completed the 5 lessons and can say greetings and a few other things confidently in a very difficult language to pronounce. I certainly would recommend this. I would have given it a 5 star for performance but I was unable to repeat chapters on my car audio without going to my cell phone and resetting the chapter manually.

What about Pimsleur’s performance did you like?

I have used their Turkish program and it is similar and also excellent.
