I bought this book to better understand the behaviours of a narcissist around me and (to spot them!), and it has been a revelation. The clear explanations and practical advice helped me see through their manipulative tactics and regain control. I feel I'll spot their dodgy behaviours now and be more careful. I found that the delivery and organization were well done. It’s a super interesting book to uncover psychology. It seems that I have an upper hand on most people now. As I’m reading I’m playing back situations and how id handle them differently. But one of my favorites in the book is reading body language, that was so cool!

I wish I had these books 25 years ago. These two books definitely resonated with me. I am a 65 year old female. I just left my husband of 42 years. My husband doesn't exhibit this drastic behavior, but a lot of the behavior discussed in this book sounded just like him. The second book: talked about body language as non verbal communication. The author discusses many types of body language and the interpretation of said body language. How the reader can use body language to convey (can't think of the right word here, you'll have to listen to the book and fill in your own thoughts.)
Overall, I really liked these 2 books. I learned a lot. They were a good listen.
