Really great tool
This was a great book. It really got me thinking about not only the behavior of people around me but also gave me tools and opened my eyes to the behaviors I can improve on. The active listening tools and stories helped put the topics into perspective. After listening to the book I find myself being more aware of how I interact with colleges, friends, and family. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to start taking steps to improve themselves and their everyday interactions with the people around them for a healthier happier life.
