Very happy with the recipes
I'm quite pleased with the recipes as well as the fresh food list assistance. The book does a superb job of arranging the food store trip... and avoiding kitchen waste. We're using more of what we buy in our cooking and dining. We hope it would, but aside from that, we are extremely pleased with it.

I really like this book
This book is quite simple to listen and comprehend. The recipes are simple, and the meal plans offer a lot of diversity, allowing you to mix and match meals. A fantastic book for learning how to prepare food and eat properly, as well as adding some free extra basic recipes to a diet. I really like this book; it has a great time, easy recipes to follow (even though I'm a disaster in the kitchen), they're tasty, even my finicky girlfriend enjoys many of the recipes in it! She also gives a number of helpful hints for storing food and keeping it fresh.

I am loving this book! It makes meal prepping easy
This audio book is fantastic! It makes meal preparation a breeze! In addition, I'm liking the recipes. This has been such a success that my spouse has begged to join in the healthy eating fun.
This book contains amazing food photographs (which I love), it provides you step-by-step directions on how to cook/prepare your food for the week on prep day, it gives you the recipe for each meal in the week, and it concludes with a grocery list for that week.

Great addition to any cookbook/prep shelf
This is a very useful book that has a wealth of information on how to efficiently meal prep while saving time and money. Has excellent menu suggestions and instructions for preparing the ideal take-out meal. It's good to be able to grab a healthy dinner and go in the morning, and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you have a ready-made healthy meal to eat while everyone else at the office is trying to figure out what delivery business to get from!! It's also a wonderful gift.

I am so excited about this book.
This book has sparked my curiosity. It's great that it includes food labels for a week's worth of meals. I also like how the lists are divided into categories such as vegetables, pantry items, meat, and so on, so you can travel around the shop in a logical manner. They went to great lengths to make my life easier. I watch their YouTube videos and have never cooked a recipe that didn't turn out to be absolutely delectable.

Great book for meal prep!
This book gave a good overview of meal preparation. I enjoyed the fact that there were numerous different food selections per week to pick from. Although I haven't tried many of the dishes yet, they all appear to be wonderful. It's an excellent resource for anyone interested in learning how to meal plan, with simple instructions, tips, and recipes.

Gift for my College Brother
My brother requested this book, so I purchased it for him, and he really adores it! We live on opposite ends of the nation, and he's always making something new when we talk on the phone! He's at college and can't afford much, but he can cook with what he has. This is a fantastic book. I've been seeking for new healthy recipes to try, and hers have given my kitchen a new lease on life. Last night, I prepared the slow cooker beef stew, and it was one of the greatest dishes I've ever made. They're easy to make and don't necessitate a lot of materials.

Great book for those who want great taste
I've even been able to adjust some of the recipes to make them work better in the slow cooker. This is a fantastic book for individuals who desire great flavor, healthy ingredients, and fewer calories. There are also some interesting spins on classic dishes. I also like how there are guidelines for how long to keep leftovers refrigerated or frozen.
This meal prep book has become my obsession. It's simple to read and understand, and the dishes are delicious. This is the book, according to my personal trainer, that you should get to stay on track with your nutrition. I like the different weight-loss vs. muscle-building strategies. My only criticism of the recipes is that sugar is not included in the nutritional information.
