As the body count grows frustrated value engineer Rave Maps takes direct action infiltrating Chinese drug labs and Mexican cartel strongholds. The journey provides her one desperate, risky chance to destroy her own Digital Twin before game-changing AI technology falls into the wrong hands.

Frightening not so distant future

What sets Daughter of Mars apart is its compelling blend of fast-paced action and profound emotional depth. Rave’s journey is turbulent, as her inner conflicts are confronted by personal struggle and the moral implications of technology, mainly humanity’s evolving relationship with AI. Overall, this title is a thrilling and thought-provoking addition to the sci-fi genre, filled with action and moral dilemmas. The narrator Elizabeth Schmidt portrays Rave grief and fierce resilience with authenticity, building tension when needed.
