About this listen

A town trapped in fear....

The town of Black Hollow was a place most people never heard of, tucked away between dense forests and forgotten roads. It had a single main street, a handful of local businesses, and a community where everyone knew each other’s names. It was a town where time seemed to move slower, traditions held strong, and the biggest excitement was the annual fall festival. But something had changed.

Lately, the town was drowning in fear.

People had started disappearing. They were vanishing without a trace, not just wandering off or leaving town. One by one, Black Hollow lost its people in the dead of night. No signs of forced entry. No struggle. No bodies. Just silence where someone had once been.

At first, the disappearances were written off as unfortunate but explainable. The first was a local farmer, an older man living alone on the town's outskirts. His neighbors assumed he had fallen somewhere on his property, lost in the vast farmland. A week later, a young woman who worked the night shift at the diner never made it home. The next, a teenage boy who had snuck out to meet his girlfriend never arrived.
