River Bend is a small idyllic town, nestled in the woodlands of a father/daughter owned campground. Harley Wood was on the cusp of a promising career as an assistant professor in criminology when her mother died in a car accident. To help her father mend his broken heart, Harley left everything she knew behind and returned to the town of her father’s legacy, the campground.
When an argumentative married couple disrupts the peacefulness of the camp, Darrren encourages Harley to stay out of their business. That is until Darren finds a dead body in the curve of one of the hiking trails.
With the help of the local sheriff, Harley and Darren dive deep into the investigation. But, how close will they get to finding the murder and what steps will the killer take to keep them from finding his identity?
