This is a book for caregivers. You see although care giving may sound gentle it can be super challenging. If you have found yourself in the position where suddenly your parent changes because of Dementia or something and you are not sure how to deal with it, this book is for you. You will find comfort in knowing you are not alone. I was shocked by some things I heard and it made me super grateful for those who took care of my dad when he hit 90.
