If it works, it's worth a shot!

I've struggled with my weight my entire adult life. Recently I have been trying to absorb all I can about different methods to try and get it under control. Trying the same thing over and over again doesn't work, so I thought I would give the concepts in this book a shot. I have never done hypnosis, but I do have friends that have had some success with it, so I thought I would give this book a try. I really liked it - I am excited to try the concepts in here. Emotional eating has always been my biggest problem - I do really like the affirmations already, and I'm going to work on the hypnosis practices this week. Excited to start! Also, the narration in the book is easy to listen to and does not distract from the narrative. Recommend!

self hypnosis that really works!

I have always been afraid of being hypnotized. But this book was very helpful to get me more relaxed about hypnosis generally speaking. I thought if I'm doing hypnosis on myself, that is probably safer. I was pleasantly surprised how relaxing it was. Probably the most successful chapter for me was the techniques for deep sleep. I will be listening to this for some time. I can tell after two weeks already that I am starting to enter in more. Can't wait to see where I'll be at in a couple of months!
