New methods, new results
Sandra Love has gone all out with new, controversial approaches to weight loss, such as hypnosis that, let’s face it, have been proven to work. Not only is the science of this amazing approach discussed in crystal clear detail, but the listener is also treated to an array of mindset advice that is sure to uproot the issues that have led to one practicing perhaps not the healthiest habits, and replacing them with empowering and weight-losing habits that are sure to be of amazing benefit for anyone’s health. The funny thing is, so many people are trying to lose weight by lots of strenuous efforts (that are great in moderation) but weight loss can actually be passive!! I know that sounds nuts but don’t knock it til you’ve tried it. My fave thing about this awesome audio title is the fact that you can reprogram your subconscious mind with healthy habits as you drift off to sleep and you’ll even notice healthier behaviors taking a foothold the next morning (intermittent fasting anyone?). Love it.

self hypnosis that really works!
I have always been afraid of being hypnotized. But this book was very helpful to get me more relaxed about hypnosis generally speaking. I thought if I'm doing hypnosis on myself, that is probably safer. I was pleasantly surprised how relaxing it was. Probably the most successful chapter for me was the techniques for deep sleep. I will be listening to this for some time. I can tell after two weeks already that I am starting to enter in more. Can't wait to see where I'll be at in a couple of months!
