This was a good story, but having one narrator was a bad choice. Lynn Devereux did okay with the female voice, albeit sort of robotic, but lacked on the male parts. A male narrator would have been much more pleasurable to listen to. Emotion lacked.
I really hope this author has this book re-done with better narration. It really is a good story!

I was really surprised by this book. I was fascinated by the “taboo” subject of the romance between step-siblings, especially since these particular step siblings grew up together and didn’t become step siblings as older teenagers or adults like most step sibling romances. The plot was actually pretty well rounded which was surprising considering the length of the book. There was a believability to it and great, thought out conflict and resolution. I loved that things weren’t magically solved and ok when it came to a head because that isn’t how real life works. Definitely worth a listen and a credit.
