Finalmente Logré Apagar Mi Mente
Este libro fue justo lo que necesitaba. Siempre he sido de esas personas que no pueden dejar de pensar en todo, y eso me tenía agotado. Lo que me gustó es que las estrategias son súper prácticas y no requieren cambios drásticos en la vida diaria. Me ayudó a darme cuenta de lo mucho que estaba atrapado en el análisis constante.
