Hat mich begeistert
Dieses Buch hat mich wirklich motiviert gesunder zu essen. Was ich besonderweise gut fand, war die Zusammenfassung der 12 Ernährungstipps am Ende. Somit wiederholt man die früher erwähnten Ernährungsempehlungen. Kein angst für Fett, Leute.

Super Hörbuch
Ich habe viel gelernt, toller Sprecher super Content. man muss aber nach dem Hören sich eine Buch Version holen um Dinge immer wieder nachschlagen zu können!

Eine wertvolle Bereicherung
Lieber Herr Bas Kast,
Ihr (Höhr-)Buch hat mich von Anfang an angesprochen. Ich bin nun 52 und neige zu eher mehr als zu wenig Gewicht. Ich habe über die Jahre vieles ausprobiert aber ich kam zu dem Schluss, es hat einen Grund, dass ich zuviel wiege. Ich mochte es was und wieviel ich gegessen habe. Jede Diät beschnitt mich in irgendeiner Weise, so dass ich ständig unbefriedigt war (wenn ich denn dann mal eine Diät machte).
Ihr Buch konnte mir vieles erklären und ich konnte meine Ernährung umstellen ohne es als eine Diät zu sehen. Vielleicht is das auch der Punkt. Ich sehe es als mein neues Leben und nicht als Diät.

Interessant und wertvoll
Ein super interessantes Buch mit unglaublich viel wertvoller Information. Ich werde es mir in Kürze nochmal anhören, um mich an so viel wie möglich zu erinnern und anzuwenden. Herzlichen Dank für diesen Lebensretter.
