Angst zu versagen – lies das
Ich fand dieses Buch inspirierend, Wilda Hale hat großartige Arbeit geleistet, indem sie Beispiele von einigen der weltbesten Führungskräfte wie Jeff Bezos als Beispiele dafür gebracht hat, wie man eine Wachstumsmentalität fördert und Misserfolge und Rückschläge durchsteht.
Ich stimme Hale vollkommen zu, dass das Scheitern nur in unserer Perspektive liegt. Und es erinnert mich daran, wie viele Unternehmen im Silicon Valley oft den Ausdruck „Fail fast“ verwenden, bei dem es darum geht, Fehler schnell zu überwinden, damit Sie für die nächste Version iterieren können.
Ich freue mich darauf, viel von dem, was ich in diesem Buch gelernt habe, in meine tägliche Praxis zu integrieren, um meine Denkweise zu stärken und eine bessere Sichtweise auf das Scheitern als nur ein Sprungbrett zum Erfolg zu haben
Der Erzähler leistet hervorragende Arbeit bei der Aufführung dieses Hörbuchs und macht es zu einer Freude, es zu hören.
Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hörbuch jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Ängste überwinden möchte, die er möglicherweise hat, wenn er ein Risiko eingeht, weil er Angst vor dem Scheitern hat.

Awesome Guide: Great Listen
This audiobook is engaging and the overall structure of the audiobook is organized and important to know. Tho topic is not only a needed topic, but it's also useful as well. Overall the author clearly knows the subject and the narrator presented the information in a professional manner. It's a great listen.
