Fantastic! Learn to Love Your Body
This was a fantastic book that helped me realize that I can love my body now. I can make the changes I want to make and love my body thought that process. This is a must read if you are looking for support in loving your body at any size and learn/understand why you may have a bad relationship with your body now.
